1.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• Request must be made within 7 days of purchase date
• You must have completed less than 25% of the course content
• You provide brief feedback on why the program wasn't suitable (helps us improve)

• Reason for refund request

2. Program-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Individual Programs

Examples: Sattvam Foundation, Project Zen, The Mindful Leader

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
• After 7 days: No refund, but you retain lifetime access to purchased content
• Partial completion (25%+): No refund, as significant value has been delivered

2.2 Subscription Programs

Example: The Sattvam Circle

• Cancel anytime, effective at the end of current billing cycle
• Refunds for current cycle only within first 7 days
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods after 7 days
• Access continues until end of paid period after cancellation

2.3 Workshop Sessions

Example: The Sattvam Spark (1-hour sessions)

• Refund available if cancelled 24 hours before session
• No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours
• Rescheduling available subject to instructor availability

2.4 Corporate/Group Programs

Corporate wellness programs have custom terms:

• Refund terms specified in corporate agreement
• Usually 30-day cancellation notice required

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed courses (100% content accessed)
• Courses with more than 25% completion within first 7 days
• Certification fees (once certificate is issued)
• Special promotional or discounted programs (as specified in offer terms)
• Gift program purchases (recipient can request refund within their 7-day window)
• Add-on services like 1-on-1 coaching sessions after they've occurred

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Funds return to original payment method
• Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
• You'll receive email confirmation when refund is initiated

4.2 Account Access

After refund:

• Your access to the refunded program will be revoked
• Downloaded materials must be deleted
• Certificates (if issued) will be invalidated

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel subscriptions:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period

5.2 What Happens After Cancellation

• You retain access until the end of paid period
• No further charges will be made

6. Technical Issues

6.1 Platform Problems

If you experience technical issues preventing access:

• Contact support immediately at support@sattvam.yoga
• We'll work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
• If unresolved, you may request partial refund or credit
• Extended downtime (7+ days) qualifies for prorated refund

6.2 Content Issues

If course content is significantly different from description:

• Report within 14 days of enrollment
• We'll investigate and may offer refund or alternative program

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Medical/Emergency Situations

We understand unexpected situations arise:

• Medical emergencies may qualify for extended refund consideration

7.2 Program Discontinuation

If we discontinue a program:

8. Promotional and Discount Codes

9. Chargebacks and Disputes
